About the Recipe
Porter at 5%, Kolsch yeast was used for a light and bright texture without sacrificing too much body. I wanted a session-able dark beer with drinkability for cooler nights. Large malt-forward notes from the diverse malt bill combined with a notable ester profile, brings characteristics of cacao nibs, batch brew coffee and smoked orange rind.
