About the Recipe
English Ale yeast provides body and a fruity ester structure for this ale. Finishing dry, although late boil hop additions allow for a slightly sweet & biscuity malt bill to come through. This is a beer for the table, when sacrificing alcohol doesn't mean sacrificing body and flavour.

Pilsner, Munich light, Wheat malt and malted oats

Idaho 7, Cryo Mosaic

London Ale 1318
