A Summer table beer. Light and approachable pale ale. Crisp, dry and balanced, with light acidity. Enjoy in the Summer heat.
Pilsner base malt, Munich and wheat. Californian Ale strain for a clean finish, light ester profile. Late boil hop schedule with a light Malt structure for an approachable balance. Long DH exposure to Idaho 7 providing pine, floral and tea notes.
